Intuitive Eating Group Courses

Do you feel helpless, stressed or anxious around food? Are you seeking to let go of a negative body image and learn to appreciate your body? Intuitive Eating can help.

IE is an evidence-based process of unlearning everything that put the control of your food intake outside of you. It is a way to relearn that precious gift that we all had as very young children: to eat when we are hungry, stop when we are satisfied, and ENJOY life without creating unhealthy beliefs and behaviors around food and our bodies.

Intuitive eating uses the skills of interoceptivity (the ability to feel what’s going on in your body, mind and emotions) as well as mindfulness to help get you back to a place of trust in your ability to have a healthy and happy relationship with food and learn appreciate (even celebrate!) your body.

Each week, we will focus on a different principle of Intuitive Eating, then have time to practice, discuss and evaluate how to make it REAL for you.

If you’re ready to let go of your unhealthy relationship to food + your body, register today. Let 2018 be the year you free yourself.

Developed by two prominent nutritionists and validated by years of peer-reviewed research, Intuitive Eating Group Immersion will teach you:

  • What the ten principles of “Intuitive Eating” are, and how to follow them
  • How to quit yoyo-dieting forever
  • How to feel your feelings without using food
  • How to honor hunger and feel satisfaction
  • How to appreciate your truly amazing body
  • How to actually enjoy moving your body
