It’s my mission to help you achieve your goals for optimal health and well-being on all levels. As your partner in wellness, I will provide a simple, realistic, well-planned and powerfully transformative program for you, using the very best in modern health and wellness research, integrated with and anchored by the deep wisdom of the ancient systems of yoga and ayurveda.
In order to achieve optimal health, our work together may include physical activity, nutrition, stress management, or managing chronic disease. Once you begin to move towards balance, you will begin to naturally and intuitively make choices that support health and wellness.
You will become empowered to take charge of your own health, and begin to develop the awareness to bring balance to each moment of your life, restoring you to your true peaceful, vibrant and joyful nature.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different. The number of sessions depends on what you need, and how much support you desire. Change doesn’t happen overnight, in fact research shows that true and lasting change happens when behavior is worked toward for an average of six months, so depending on your needs, you may wish to book weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions. When designing a program for you, I will make sure that what we co-create is sustainable for the long-term.
